Holiday Light Installation & Takedown Serving Phenix City, AL and Columbus, GA

Your house, glowing for the season — without the ladder, the tangled totes, or the January chore nobody volunteers for. Greenz Outdoor Services designs, installs, and takes down holiday lighting for homes across the twin cities.

Holiday Lights, Handled Start to Finish

Design, installation, and takedown — the same local crew handles your whole season.

Holiday lighting is one of those jobs that looks simple from the ground and feels very different from the top of a ladder. We handle the whole cycle: a layout designed around your home, a clean professional install, and a careful takedown when the season wraps.

Holiday Light Installation

Rooflines, peaks, trees, shrubs, and entryways — installed neatly by a crew that works on ladders and rooflines all year, not one weekend in November. Straight runs, secure attachment, and connections that stay lit through the season instead of going dark the first windy night.

  • Roofline, peak, and eave installs with clean, straight runs
  • Trees, shrubs, railings, and entryways lit to match the house
  • Professional installation — nobody in your family on a ladder

Custom Design & Layout

The difference between a house with lights on it and a house that stops traffic is the layout. We design the display around your home's architecture and landscaping — which lines to trace, which trees to wrap, where warm white reads classic and where color earns its place — so the finished look fits your house instead of fighting it.

  • Layout planned around rooflines, architecture, and landscaping
  • Color and style choices matched to the look you're after
  • A design you can bring back or build on next season

Lighting Removal

When the season wraps up, we come back and take it all down — as carefully as it went up. Clips off the shingles, lights out of the trees, and no cold January morning spent untangling strands on a ladder. The display comes down clean, and your house goes back to normal without you touching a thing.

  • Scheduled takedown after the holidays wrap up
  • Careful removal that protects your roofline, gutters, and plantings
  • Everything down, packed up, and the site left clean

Common questions

Questions We Hear a Lot

When should I book holiday lighting?

Earlier than you'd think — install slots fill up as the season gets close. Reaching out in early fall gives you the best pick of dates.

Do you take the lights down after the season?

Yes. Removal is part of the service, so you're not on a ladder in January — we install, and we come back to take it all down.

Can you design the display, or do I need a plan?

Bring us a plan or nothing at all. Custom design and layout is part of what we do — we'll look at your roofline, trees, and entry and lay out a display that fits the house.

What areas do you serve for holiday lighting?

Phenix City, AL and the Columbus, GA side of the river — including Midland, GA, Ellerslie, GA, and Cataula, GA.

How Holiday Lighting Is Scoped

A single-story ranch with a lit roofline is a different project than a two-story home with wrapped trees and a lit entry. We scope each display around the house, the look you want, and the calendar — install slots fill up as the season gets close, so earlier conversations get more options.

And if it's the rest of your landscape you'd like lit year-round, permanent landscape lighting is part of our landscape design & install service. You can see everything we do, or check whether we work in your area.

Common scoping factors

  • The home — stories, roofline length, and peaks that shape the install.
  • What gets lit: roofline only, or trees, shrubs, railings, and the entry too.
  • The look — classic warm white, color, or a mix designed to fit the house.
  • Timing for both ends of the season: installation before it and removal after it.
